Our custom formulated shatterproof poly-carbonate top not only provides 99.5% UV protection but also features fade resistance anti yellowing protecting you and your JT from the harsh weather. ClearLidz special design reduces the suns heat rays from penetrating into your Jeep allowing the interior to be 25°F cooler than the outside temperature. As one of our top priorities, ClearLidz™ knew making our product lightweight was a crucial element to its design; however, we were able to accomplish more than just this when we produced our transparent, super-lightweight polycarbonate lid. Polycarbonate is a rising material in the industrial world due to its malleable efficiency, lightweight properties, and incredible durability. Used in F-18 jet canopies and made of bulletproof material, we knew it could withstand the outgoing nature of the average Jeep user. Additionally, we pushed for ease of use, making the ClearLidz™?fastener system compatible with factory windshield frames. Installed using our custom locking system, our clear Jeep convertible top is a Wrangler accessory, not a permanent modification.

Clearlidz warrants our product for a period of 3 years against any delamination or coating failure due to UV exposure to direct sun. Customer service is top notch !! Great top ! Creates a more enjoyable ride with less wind/wind noise with still lots of sunshine. We put on are half tube doors and just as happy with leaving hard top on and really have no desire to take hard top off now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Feels like you're topless but fully covered. New England has harsh weather, especially freezing cold snowy winters and torrential rainy AF springs. So this clear top enables me to enjoy the view of the sky and the feel of the elements year round. I love it, and think its well worth the high price for the long term.

Good quality, very expensive but worth it. I didn’t want a stupid convertible for my convertible Jeep. I prefer being able to make my convertible a Jeep with a sunroof I can’t open.
