ClearLidz special design reduces the suns heat rays from penetrating into your Jeep allowing the interior to be 25°F cooler than the outside temperature.

As one of our top priorities, ClearLidz™ knew making our product lightweight was a crucial element to its design; however, we were able to accomplish more than just this when we produced our transparent, super-lightweight polycarbonate lid. Polycarbonate is a rising material in the industrial world due to its malleable efficiency, lightweight properties, and incredible durability. Used in F-18 jet canopies and made of bulletproof material, we knew it could withstand the outgoing nature of the average Jeep user. Additionally, we pushed for ease of use, making the ClearLidz™?fastener system compatible with factory windshield frames. Installed using our custom locking system, our clear Jeep convertible top is a Wrangler accessory, not a permanent modification.
