We want you to love your ClearLidz. If something isn’t fitting or working the way you expected, please contact us before starting a return. Any issue can be resolved with minor guidance or adjustments to ensure proper installation of your ClearLidz to your Jeep.

RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you purchased directly from ClearLidz, contact us before returning your item:

Please include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Full name and contact information
  • Shipping address
  • Order number
  • Photo of the build date of the ClearLidz - this etching can be found at the front middle area of your top.
  • Reason for return
  • Photos and/or video (if applicable)

If your product was purchased through an authorized ClearLidz dealer, you must contact the dealer directly and follow their return policy.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned products must meet the following standards:

  • Be returned in their original box
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and materials
  • Be in “like new” condition, free of scratches, damage, or missing components

ClearLidz reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A copy of the original invoice must be included inside the return package.

  • All returns must be prepaid.
  • C.O.D. of return shipments will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ClearLidz is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Customer must file any claims directly with the shipping carrier.

5. Fees & Refund Processing

  • Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping, handling, and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless ClearLidz shipped an incorrect part number.
  • Please allow 10–15 business days after receipt of the return at our facility, for inspection and processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once approved.

RETURN EXCLUSIONS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
  • Products not installed or used in accordance with installation and care instructions
  • Damaged, discontinued, or open-box final sale items

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment arrives damaged, you must notify ClearLidz within three (3) calendar days of delivery:

For damage claims:

  • Provide a description of the damage along with photographs.
  • Retain all packaging materials and contents in the condition received for inspection purposes.
