We are committed to providing you with high quality products, worthy of your trust and confidence. We want you to be pleased with your purchase.
If you need installation assistance, have concerns, or questions, please reach out to us at 888-661-7811, or email email@example.com, before returning it.
Often, when a product is not working as expected, a few adjustments or corrections are all that is needed to fit ClearLidz to your Jeep.
You may return a ClearLidz product within 30 calendar days of your purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging, and includes all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials. Products which are damaged due to negligence, abuse, misuse, or accidental or normal wear and tear cannot be accepted for return. Please take note of our Exclusions on Returns below.
RETURNS MUST REFERENCE AN APPROPRIATE RGA (RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER, WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED FROM A CLEAR LIDZ CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT AT THE ABOVE TELEPHONE NUMBER, VIA LIVE CHAT, OR BY EMAILING firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE WRITE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BELOW OUR ADDRESS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
- If you have purchased directly from ClearLidz, please call our toll-free number 888-661-7811 for RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) assistance. If you are returning a product to ClearLidz, it must have an appropriate RGA.
- If you are returning a product purchased at another distributor or point of purchase, contact that company, and follow their return process.
- All returns must be requested within 30 business days from the original purchase date or date product was received.
- When returning a product to ClearLidz, all parts must be in their original packaging.
- All products must be returned in their original box and include all original packaging, manuals, and merchandise materials.
- Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee equal to 20% of your order.
- Original shipping, return shipping, taxes and handling costs are non-refundable, unless ClearLidz sent you the wrong part number for your Jeep application.
- Please allow 10–15 business days for us to process a return after it arrives at our offices.
- You can expect to receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
EXCLUSIONS ON RETURNS
- We cannot accept products which are damaged due to negligence, abuse, misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
- We cannot accept products that have not been used in accordance with their installation instructions.
RETURNS OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Should your ClearLidz package arrive damaged, please contact Clear Lidz customer service at 888-661-7811, email email@example.com within three calendar days of receipt of your package, for assistance.
Regarding damaged shipment claims:
- Please be prepared to describe the damage and to provide photographs.
- Keep the package and parts in the same condition as they arrived.
